In order to cure a missing signature or a signature discrepancy on a Provisional Ballot Voter’s Certificate and Affirmation, a Provisional Ballot Cure Affidavit (DS-DE 210 English/Español) should be completed and returned as soon as possible so that so it can reach the supervisor of elections of the county in which your precinct is located NO LATER than 5 p.m. on the second day after the election.
