Required Employment Documentation for Election Work

The Lake County Supervisor of Elections Office requires certain documentation for employment as an Election Worker. The required documentation is listed below.  

  1. A completed W-4 (blank document attached here or visit the Internal Revenue Service website)

  2. A copy of your Driver’s License

  3. A copy of your Social Security Card (to get a replacement Social Security Card visit the Social Security website) or current U.S. Passport (to get a passport visit the Department of State website)

If appointed, copies of the documents can be made when you attend your first training class.

The Lake County Supervisor of Elections, in compliance with the State of Florida hiring guidelines, conducts an E-Verify employment eligibility check.
